Set in present day North Dublin, First Words is a social observation of a young couple with an infant son as they struggle to stay on top of everything.
Robbie and Sarah are materialistic, self obsessed, and stupidly fight over the petty and trivial. Especially when it comes to their son Luke’s first word.
They lack the interest and focus in their child at the best of times, however this particular clash spirals into a destructive argument. One with a hilarious outcome.
As part of this commission I was tasked with the photography and design of the promotional material and poster.
